The second is to speed up the elimination of backward production capacity. The 41st document of the State Council clarified the target measures to eliminate backward production capacity. Self-discipline and coordination are effective measures to maintain the healthy development of the industry. We must adhere to past effective practices and explore the laws, methods, and methods for doing a good job of industry self-discipline in terms of persistence, regularity, and rationality. The Building Materials Federation will promote the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy and the “Development of Green Building Materials to Promote Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Proposal” to guide the industry to change its concepts and promote the energy conservation and emission reduction of the glass industry in accordance with the “Acceleration and Promotion of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Implementation Plan for the Building Materials Industry”.
